The move tool

The move tool

Allows you to move the selection ( layer, floating object, etc ).

Shift constrains moving to vertical, horizontal and 45 degrees only. Option clones the selection before moving.

The arrow keys move in single pixel increments.

Shift-arrows move in 10 pixel increments.
