Any software, template, or any other document, you retrieve from this site, you agree to the following:

1. You will not copy or distribute non-template pages by any means electronically or otherwise.

2. You are not allowed to use any logo's, trademarks, or the Icehouse Designs name anywhere, on the templates or otherwise, as they are provided strictly for demonstration purposes only, and to show how the template can be used. You must remove them prior to posting them on your website.

3. The templates are yours to modify as you wish.

4. You CANNOT redistribute the templates, or free graphics found on this site, or claim them as your own work, also please do NOT leech the images off of this site, please copy them to your own server.

5. I may consider that you can redistribute them, however you must contact me first, and place a link back to this site.

6. Every visitor to this section of the site is logged.

7. We do not provide E-mail support for our free templates. They are free, and are verified working. If you have questions or problems when installing them, visit our discussion forums and ask your questions there. You will be answered.
